Within 60 days of shipment you may return your Jetpaks for any reason and receive a full refund if the following conditions are met:

The Jetpaks must be complete and unused.
Prior to returning the product you must contact Kencode Computing for return authorization and instructions.

Cartridges refilled with Jetpak are warranted by the company that produces the Jetpaks. See Jetpak Warranty.
